Corrective practices and essential swimming skills for frontcrawl

The objective of this CPD is to provide swimming teachers with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to teach frontcrawl technique effectively. Participants will gain a better understanding of the fundamental skills that underpin effective frontcrawl, including such skills as sculling, streamlining, co-ordination and balance. This CPD aims to enhance teachers’ ability to develop these essential skills in their swimmers, leading to improved performance, efficiency, and overall technique in frontcrawl.
