Effective differentiation

The objective of this CPD is to equip swimming teachers with the skills and strategies needed to effectively differentiate their instruction to meet the diverse needs of swimmers of varying ages, abilities, and learning styles. Learners will learn techniques for tailoring their teaching methods, modifying drills, practices and activities,the utilisation of artificial aids and space, and providing individualised feedback to ensure that each swimmer can progress at their own pace. This CPD aims to enhance teachers’ ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that maximises the potential of every swimmer.
