Preparation and planning for effective differentation

The objective of this CPD is to provide swimming teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary for preparing and planning differentiated instruction that meets the diverse needs of their swimmers. Learners will learn how to assess swimmers’ abilities, set individualised goals, and design lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and activities. This CPD aims to enhance teachers’ ability to effectively plan and deliver tailored swimming lessons, ensuring that all swimmers, regardless of their skill level, receive the appropriate support and challenge to reach their full potential.
