Progressive practices for developing breaststroke

This objective of this CPD is to expand the knowledge of swimming teachers by focusing on corrective practices and essential skills necessary for mastering breaststroke technique. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of the biomechanics, common errors, and effective correction strategies and practices, thereby improving their ability to teach and refine this stroke in their swimmers.
